This morning the sunrise melted into the clouds giving a swirl of brilliant colour. Within a few minutes of this photo being taken the glow had gone, the cloud cover increased and we were left with a dull, murky day.
One evening the darkening clouds parted to reveal the sunlight filtering through, edging everything with brilliant golden light. This gap lasted for quite a while until the grey clouds blotted it out again.
(By the way, I don’t use filters, Photoshop or any computer wizardry to alter my pictures.)
